Tollcross Traders Association

Welcome to the Tollcross Traders Association Website. We as an Association are working towards improving the quality of the area for both retailers and residents. All our members are proud to display the Traders logo (pictured to the right) on their business doors.Tollcross Traders Logo

 

You will find out by browsing through our very informative website that in the Tollcross area we have a fantastic range of businesses , stocked with quality, diverse produce and served by knowledgeable, friendly staff. We like to think this is - SHOPPING AS IT SHOULD BE! 

 
Tollcross is more than just a massive road junction for driving through to other shopping and working destinations. You should look at our icon Park Easy Tollcross map it will tell how to get to us without the fear of parking fines or long walks. We should maybe even show where the canal basin is in case you want to arrive by boat!

tastings, late opening, concerts, shows, street markets and Christmas events, etc. There is a happy community feel to the area considering we are in the middle of a major city.

As well as daytime shopping there is also a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas and theatres for you to relax in the evening after a hard days work.

We also have a lot of wonderful buildings and history in the area with the Barclay church being the highest church spire in the city. All golfers will know about Bruntsfield Links being one of the oldest courses in the world and it’s free to play.

have a number of new developments going on - Quartermile on the site of the old Royal infirmary is a huge complex of nearly 20 acres, full of housing and office space due to be complete in 2012. Also at Fountainbridge and the Lochrin basin are other housing developments with buildings going up on the old site of the brewery and a smaller development at Arnold Clark’s garage.

Getting to Tollcross

There are no excuses for missing out on the fantastic shopping experience at "TOLLCROSS".

There are 15 different buses that stop & pass through - 1, 2, 10, 11, 15, 15A, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 27, 30, 34, 35 & 45.
