TollcrossPie1-1.jpg

John Saunderson has been been producing quality pies for fifty years and Lupe Pinto's famous chili recipe has been in circulation for over 10 years with thousands of downloads from his website.

The Tollcross Chili Pie brings together the expertise of two great local businesses and in many respects represents the community of Edinburgh's Tollcross. Traditionally Scottish from the outside but cosmopolitan and fiery at heart.

The pie picked up a Bronze Award at the recent National Product Championships 2008 at Foodex Meatex in Birmingham.

Packed with Scotch Beef , Spanish chorizo, peppers, Mexican chipotles and South American black beans and a subtle mixture of spices.
